Joseph Goetz, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Financial Planning, Housing and Consumer Economics at the University of Georgia. His research focuses on financial planning behaviors and financial therapy; more specifically, within the context of financial planning, he examines the fiduciary standard of care, investment risk tolerance, and pedagogical techniques.
