Work Arounds For Access Issues on My Training Hub Website
Congratulations on pursuing the Community Capacity Building training modules available on My Training Hub. Many of you will have no issues logging on to take the training, but we know some of you may run into some issues when trying to log onto the site and we are here to help you with that. The site is hosted by the Department of Defense and as such is a very secure site, which sometimes makes it a little difficult at first for your browser to work with all that security. There are a few things you can try if you have any issues and can’t figure out why. There is a FAQ section on My Training Hub https://myhub.militaryonesource.mil/MOS/f?p=332:21:0::NO which can answer many of your questions. Or you can call the My Training Hub helpdesk at 1-888-363-6431 for immediate assistance. Or you can view one of our You Tube videos which will show you how to work around the security pop-ups safely if you are using Chrome, Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox browsers.
