SAUNYA N. BRIGHT, Lt Col, USAF, BSC,

Chief, Health Promotion Nutrition

Lt Col Bright is a dietitian on the Health Promotion Team supporting the Air Force Surgeon General at the Air Force Medical Support Agency.  She served on active duty for 18 years. Prior to joining the AF she served as a dietitian at the James A. Haley VA Hospital in Tampa, Florida.  Lt Col Bright is a graduate of Tuskegee University, Troy University, and Texas Woman’s University.  In her current position, her primary focus areas are the adoption of the AF HeRO Strategy, AF Telemedicine Medical Nutrition Therapy and initiatives supporting the inclusion of nutrition in the transformation of the Defense Health Agency. Montgomery, Alabama is her home town.

Dr. Chadrick E. Linda Granado, MPH, CHES

Linda Granado is a contractor serving as a Health Program Developer supporting the Air Force Medical Support Agency (AFMSA). She served as a public health professional for six years with experience in policy development, program development, implementation, and evaluation; community-based participatory research, and health education.  Linda has over 8 years of teaching and coaching experience at the secondary level.  Linda received her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern California, Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. In her current position, Linda is responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of standardized Air Force Health Promotion Programs delivered across the enterprise.

Amy Schryver, MS, CHES

Amy Schryver graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with a BS in Exercise and Sport Science, completed her graduate work in Health and Kinesiology at the University of Texas at San Antonio, and is a Certified Health Education Specialist. She has experience in health program development, fitness and health education, community outreach, and patient care. In her current position as a Health Program Developer with the Air Force Medical Support Agency, she is developing a standardized approach to worksite wellness for Air Force Health Promotion, which is named Project Health and Readiness Optimization (HeRO).
