Bob currently is responsible for assisting with changes in the development of Family Centered Treatment® and provides oversight for each of the state’s training programs and developed the FCT training into an online and competency-based program & Evidence-Based Practice (EBP).
Bob was the project director of the Safe Start grant for IFCS which is funded by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP), Office of Justice Programs and the U.S. Department of Justice. The goal of the Safe Start Program is to broaden the knowledge of and promote community investment in evidence-based strategies for reducing the impact of children’s exposure to violence.

Her trainings, presentations, and courses, however, focus primarily on family violence, trauma, military families, and foster-care transitions.
