About This Webinar:

There has been much research associating certain foods and nutrients that may help prevent or contribute to certain types of cancer. Professionals are interested in evidence-based food and lifestyle recommendations that they can share with their clients. This webinar presents the most recent guidelines on nutrition, physical activity, and weight management for cancer prevention.

Objectives:

Participants will be able to:

  • Describe American Institute for Cancer Prevention (AICR) evidence-based lifestyle recommendations for cancer prevention
  • Recognize changing demographics and risk factors for colorectal cancer
  • Use the AICR lifestyle recommendations and emerging evidence to promote cancer prevention in your practice
