About This Webinar:

Your brain functions best when it gets premium fuel in the form of good nutrition.  A poor diet can be harmful to the brain, promote inflammation and oxidative stress. This webinar presents strategies for nourishment to promote healthy brain aging. Emphasis is placed on recommendations for brain-healthy dietary patterns and understanding some specific diet choices that work for vs. against brain health during aging.

Learning objectives:

1. List at least two brain-healthy dietary patterns

2. Describe at least two aspects of a “brain-healthy plate”

3.Identify at least three diet and/or lifestyle approaches associated with healthy brain aging
