Bethany Daugherty, MS, RDN, LD

Bethany is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and the Program Coordinator for the Nutrition and Wellness division of OneOp. She collaborates with subject matter experts to provide professional development for Registered Dietitians, Extension Educators and other providers serving military families. Bethany has a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition Science from Purdue University.
