This episode examines special self-care considerations for individuals who work as service professionals while also serving as caregivers for loved ones. Offering lessons from research and featuring interviews with Andy Crocker, Extension Program Specialist for Gerontology and Health with Texas A&M Agrilife Extension Service, and Seniorina, a U.S. Military service professional and caregiver, strategies for assessing and maintaining work-life balance are offered.

Alicia Cassels – OneOp (MFLN) Program Development and Evaluation Specialist, Auburn University

Alicia works in the development, delivery and evaluation of educational programs. She has served as an educator, clinical therapist and program director in university and behavioral healthcare settings. Alicia’s areas of interest include wellness, special populations, and learner engagement.
