About This Webinar

Built on a powerful partnership between the Land Grant University System, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s National Institute of Food and Agriculture, and the War Department, OneOp was created to fill a gap that no other organization had addressed: the ongoing, specialized professional development needs of every service provider working across the Military Family Readiness System.

OneOp is the only entity of its kind. Free and open to all, OneOp brings together distinguished professionals and War Department subject-matter experts to deliver research-based, evidence-informed programming that reflects the existing and emerging needs of military families and the professionals who serve them.

In this presentation, the voices of OneOp learners bring the data to life, reflecting the real-world impact of professional development on the providers who serve service members and their families every day.
