About This Webinar

Join us for an insightful webinar presented by experts from the U.S. Department of Education, featuring specialists from the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) and partner organizations. Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with resources that can empower families and service providers to ensure successful transitions for youth with disabilities.

  2. Identify specific supports and services needed for transition-aged youth with disabilities and their families, particularly during a permanent change of duty station.
