About This Webinar

This webinar explores interventions and strategies for supporting neurodiverse teens and adolescents with learning struggles. Learn how to recognize signs of neurodivergence, how education and youth professionals can help students develop skills and practices even in the absence of an official diagnosis. We will also cover ways to foster agency, autonomy, and self-advocacy among neurodivergent teens, empowering them to navigate their educational journey. Equip yourself with practical knowledge and tools to create inclusive and supportive environments for neurodivergent students.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify neurodivergent traits and recognize when students may need support even without a formal diagnosis
  • Apply practical strategies to support neurodivergent teens and adolescents across varied learning environments
  • Use tools and resources that promote student autonomy and support self-advocacy
  • Incorporate inclusive practices that affirm and validate neurodivergent identities
