About This Webinar

This webinar provides a comprehensive overview of the two types of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) available to service members and their families: Health Care FSAs and Dependent Care FSAs. Participants will learn how to enroll and manage these accounts and what expenses are eligible. The session also covers service member-specific situations where a FSA would be a helpful financial planning tool and where to find appropriate resources for FSA support.

Learning Objectives:

  • Compare the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (DCFSA) and the Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (HCFSA)
  • Summarize the FSA enrollment process, account management, and eligibility requirements
  • Determine Service member- specific situations where a FSA would be a helpful financial planning tool
  • Identify appropriate resources for FSA support
