As I walked into the Family Resiliency Center (FRC) to do a podcast with Brenda Koester, Assistant Director of the FRC. They requested I do a podcast with them about OneOp. So spur of the moment I agreed and we proceded. Being on the other side of the microphone and being and being interviewed by a professional was a bit nerve wracking but it was great to learn some new techniques from Ryann.

The podcast, “OneOp: Resources to help families thrive” was created by Ryann Monahan, Communications Specialist for the FRC who does a much more professional job than my skills allow. Many more podcast from FRC can be found on their website.
