The healthcare landscape is changing quickly, especially with the increased use and acceptance of telehealth. Telehealth coverage for medical nutrition therapy has dramatically increased, and patients are more comfortable with virtual platforms. This webinar covers how to optimize the quality, privacy, and reimbursement of nutrition therapy that is delivered via telehealth.

Participants will understand the insurance reimbursement climate for medical nutrition therapy (MNT) delivered via telehealth
Participants will learn how to ensure that telehealth delivery of MNT is HIPAA compliant

Erin Skinner is a Registered Dietitian and military veteran with 14 years of healthcare experience. She previously helped elite military groups optimize their nutrition, then shifted to the world of Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She co-created one of the first insurance-billing functional medicine clinics in the country, runs a private practice, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University. She has provided Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) via telehealth since 2015, both in private and insurance-based settings, to individuals and groups alike.
