We are faced with a constant churn of nutrition trends and fad diets. The more sensational the claims, the more quickly they spread. Even if you don’t work in the field of weight management, you are likely asked for your thoughts on the latest trends from family and friends. How do you keep up with the research, separate fact from fiction, and translate it to the public?
In this interactive webinar we take a closer look at popular diets, discuss resources for staying current, and develop an evidence-based response to the question, “What’s the best diet for weight loss?”.
