Bradley D. Custer, Ph.D., is an analyst in the Stakeholder Engagement Group in the Student Loan Ombudsman Office at Federal Student Aid. He specializes in helping incarcerated people to manage their federal student loans. He previously worked at higher education institutions and in the non-profit sector.
Kalynn Wollard
Kalynn Wollard is the program coordinator of the Stakeholder Engagement Group in the Student Loan Ombudsman Office at Federal Student Aid. She leads external engagement with think tanks, consumer groups and legal aid offices. She spearheads outreach efforts to educate borrowers and others who provide direct borrower services on the Department’s program and policy updates. Kalynn has been with the Ombudsman office for four years and previously worked in community engagement.
