For the past 8 years, Jessica has been the Ketogenic Dietitian at the Department of Neurology of Keck School of Medicine of USC and Division of Child Neurology at Los Angeles County + USC Medical Center. Her current research projects include the use of nutrition supplements to improve adherence to the ketogenic diet for seizure control, research participation amongst ketogenic dietitians, and outcomes of severe traumatic brain injuries and nutrition support.
