Enjoy this 15 minute introduction to mindfulness and relax as you practice paying attention to your breath. This simple exercise gives you a quick way to NOTICE stress, gently SHIFT your focus back to the breath, and PRACTICE mindful breathing to calm your mind and body. Once introduced to the skill of following your breath, you can do “mini-relaxations” throughout your work day using the technique. You may also find that regular use of this and other mindfulness practices makes it easier for you to concentrate and let go of distractions.
